TO RESERVE A ROOM
(1) Check to see if it is available. Use GO links below for fast access to a given schedule. Note that ME/CE is using a different system. Please click on the link below to check ME/CE rooms.
(2) Send email to the appropriate group with your request and the pertinent info.

REGISTER TO SEE DETAILS If you want to see more details (i.e., who reserved the room, or if a class is meeting in a specific room) you will need to register and create an account for yourself. Register here.

Once you are a registered user, you can use one of the above links if you would quickly like to get to a certain schedule. You will be asked to enter your user name and password unless you are always logged in. If you are a registered user, clicking on any existing reservation will bring up a window with information on that room/resource, including capacity and amenities.

TEM FACILITY
If you need to make reservations on the TEM machines in Keck, please contact Carol Garland to set up an account. Once you have an account, you will be able to make reservations.

Once you are logged in, use the pull-down menu to select TEM Facility. When you make a reservation, in the Summary box, type your last name, your phone extension, and your advisor's name. Ex: Hou, 6738, Ahn

Billing is done based on a 3-hour minimum (even if you only use the machine for a portion of that time).
